01 Rate ledger
Every figure below is the figure you are charged. Unlock, riding minutes, pass caps and named fees are all listed with their qualifier, so no price ever appears alone.
Availability varies by city, operating zone, time and scooter inventory. A reservation may be cancelled with the hold released if no unit is free in your zone.
04 Fee ledger
All amounts are billed in UAH and apply in every supported city. Each row pairs the charge with the moment it is incurred and the operating zone it belongs to, so no price stands alone.
| Charge | When it applies | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Unlock fee | Once at the start of each ride, inside a supported zone | 25 UAH |
| Riding time | Per minute while the scooter is in motion, any supported zone | 4.5 UAH per minute |
| Pause | Per minute while the ride is paused, capped at 20 minutes | 1 UAH per minute |
| 24-hour pass | Flat purchase, includes up to 240 riding minutes | 349 UAH |
| Minutes beyond the pass cap | Per minute after the 240-minute allowance is used | 4.5 UAH per minute |
| Out-of-zone return | Ride ended outside the operating zone | 150 UAH |
| Improper parking | Scooter left outside a marked parking area | 100 UAH |
| Temporary authorization hold | Placed at booking, released or settled within 3 business days | 200 UAH |
03 / Pass comparison
Each pass carries a fixed number of riding minutes inside supported operating zones. Minutes past the cap are billed at 4.5 UAH per minute, and the 25 UAH unlock fee is waived while a pass is active.
| Pass | Validity | Included minutes | Price | Beyond the cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 24-hour pass | 24 h from activation | up to 240 min | 349 UAH | 4.5 UAH per minute |
| 3-day pass | 72 h from activation | up to 720 min | 899 UAH | 4.5 UAH per minute |
| 30-day pass Commuter | 30 days from activation | up to 3,000 min | 2,490 UAH | 4.5 UAH per minute |
A pass starts on the first unlock and does not pause between rides. Unused minutes do not roll over to another pass or another account. Ending a ride outside a supported zone ends the pass benefit for that trip and applies the 150 UAH out-of-zone return fee from the fee ledger; zone boundaries are listed on the zone rules page.
