03 Zone rules
Supported, restricted and parking-only districts are listed city by city. If a district is missing from your city list, treat it as out of zone.
Kyiv: Pechersk, Podil, Shevchenkivskyi. Lviv: Halytskyi, Lychakivskyi. Dnipro: Sobornyi, Shevchenkivskyi.
Rides may cross a restricted district, but a trip must finish in a supported area or a marked bay. Odesa: coastal promenade zones after 22:00.
Sidewalk stops outside a marked bay are logged as improper parking. Bay locations are shown in the app before you finish a ride.
Each city team is reached through the central support line and inbox. Hours are local time. For operating boundaries, check zone rules.
